The firs...I recorded almost religiously for a year. <br><br>The first time I stopped counting I lasted about 24 hours. It was hard. I second guessed myself. I thought I was going to eat way too much. <br><br>Then I went back to counting for a couple more days. <br><br>The next time I was able to go for about 4 days without recording. Then I went back to counting.<br><br>I stopped counting totally when I hit goal weight back in November. It's a process. It's about learning to trust yourself and listening to what your body wants. <br><br>Unfortunately, we also have to deal with the demons that still reside inside of us ("you can't do it", "You'll eat too much", "you have no self control" "Blah Blah Blah"). Just remember Kari, this is your journey and you get to do whatever you want. Experiment with what works and doesn't work. Change. Modify.
